Guinness ice cream

And what about ice cream?
In love for him to admit I never tire of. A particularly important, it is now, in the summer.
The abundance of different kinds of ice cream, sorbets and frozen desserts in the friend-tape just run up your eyes! And today I want to show a rather interesting version of chocolate ice cream with a dark beer, which gives the dessert a noble bitterness.

We will need:
200 grams of milk chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup whole milk
½ cup sugar
pinch of salt
4 egg yolks
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup Guinness beer
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Finely chopped chocolate to put in the bucket, set aside.
Heat milk, sugar and salt in medium saucepan. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks. Slowly pour the warm mixture into yolks, whisking constantly, and pour back into saucepan.
On low heat, stirring constantly with a spatula mix, wait until it has thickened, and pour onto the prepared after the chocolate through a sieve. Stir vigorously until smooth, then pour in the cream, vanilla and beer. Beat with a mixer. Cool to room temperature.
Pour ice cream into a comfortable future container and put into the freezer. Whisking every 40 minutes during four hours.
